At Nonfiction, we want to ensure your self-care ritual is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original secondary packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
